    Nurse Practitioner Montero-Montes is one of the most caring and compassionate providers that I have ever had. She had an EKG ran and quickly identified my issue and referred me to a cardiologist. That visit resulted In me being admitted to the hospital to have a pacemaker Inserted. NP Montero-Montes and I messaged several times on the patient portal, and she always responded quickly with kind and caring words. For these reasons, I decided to transfer my primary care to her. She instructed me to make an appointment with her soon so she could follow how I was doing.

    • Eisel Montero is a certified nurse practitioner in Lutz and part of the BayCare Medical Group where she sees patients age 18 and older. She completed her undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky. Eisel then earned her graduate degree in nursing, specializing in family nursing, from South University in Savannah, Georgia. A native of Cuba, Eisel is a caring, assertive and dedicated nurse practitioner that can perform, assess and diagnose physical ailments, diagnose and interpret laboratory tests and provide a variety of inpatient procedures. She is also certified in basic life support and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is fluent in Spanish.
