    She listened to me and offered advice and suggestions. She answered my questions. My only negative thought after was that it was the first annual physical Ive had that did not call for removing any clothing or any look into my nasal passages or ears, or checking my reflexes. I guess these days everything is about the lab results, which we did discuss.

    I adore my provider. She listens when I have questions or concerns. These visits need to be time efficient but she never makes me feel rushed. The cadence is perfect.

    Montero is my hero! I havent heard anything never had a care giver that is as curious and caring as she is. She really wants the best for me.

    • Eisel Montero is a certified nurse practitioner in Lutz and part of the BayCare Medical Group where she sees patients age 18 and older. She completed her undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky. Eisel then earned her graduate degree in nursing, specializing in family nursing, from South University in Savannah, Georgia. A native of Cuba, Eisel is a caring, assertive and dedicated nurse practitioner that can perform, assess and diagnose physical ailments, diagnose and interpret laboratory tests and provide a variety of inpatient procedures. She is also certified in basic life support and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is fluent in Spanish.
