Eisel Montero-Montes De Oca, APRN

Could be better in my opinion.

Dr. Montero was great. Went in for a physical. Blood pressure had been high. Dr. Montero recognized it was high and made sure it came down to safe levels before she released me. Increased my BP medicine and told me to contact her if it reached int he 150s again. It did, so I contacted her a few days later and she called in another med same day and asked me to keep a log and send it to her 3 days later. Sent the log to her, and she verified BP was normal on new meds. Made me feel like I was being looked after well with all of the folowups, and really seemed to care which was great.

Eisel Montero-Montes De Oca APRN is a wonderful provider who always shows respect and concern for her patients. She is very compassionate and explains what she feels is the appropriate treatment. I have referred my daughter to her as well and she has received the same wonderful treatment.

ARNP was amazing! Loved her bedside manner and knowledge, her ability to communicate and make decisions.

Constant issues with prescriptions being ordered wrong therefore unable for mail order to fill and then cancelled. EVERY TIME!

Provider didnt really give a good exam , put the light in my eyes quickly and listened to one side of my chest only in the front did not listen to me in the back and never gave me a vertigo exam

NP Montero was excellent

The provider cared more about my health than my regular doctor which says a lot. I got a blood test done with my primary doctor in August and her assistant called and said I had elevated white blood cell platelets and I asked them what do I need to do before my next visit to fix or help alleviate it They said they would tell me at my next appointment which would be 3 months later. Come to find out this provider ordered a blood test and told me what I should to which was stop taking my birth control If my platelets where still high because I could be at risk of blood clots and my actual doctor couldnt be bothered to tell me that.
