    My Care provider is fabulous. She always listens to my concerns and questions. She always treats me with respect and is very caring. I had a Cancer journey last year and during the whole time, she was very encouraging and positive. She kept in touch also which meant a lot! I am now Cancer free!

    • Eisel Montero is a certified nurse practitioner in Lutz and part of the BayCare Medical Group where she sees patients age 18 and older. She completed her undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky. Eisel then earned her graduate degree in nursing, specializing in family nursing, from South University in Savannah, Georgia. A native of Cuba, Eisel is a caring, assertive and dedicated nurse practitioner that can perform, assess and diagnose physical ailments, diagnose and interpret laboratory tests and provide a variety of inpatient procedures. She is also certified in basic life support and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is fluent in Spanish.
