My care provider does a great job of making sure the visit doesnt take too much time. She seems very knowledgeable and capable to make decisions quickly. She makes sure I have access to refills for the medications I need.

She lead me to the exam room & reviewed my meds & ask me questions about my outlook & health, jotting answers down

Dr. Lim was great - I had not met her although my late parents saw her and really appreciated her level of care and attention.

Moved too fast. Short answers. Seemed impersonal. Didnt feel the care, just checking boxes.

I just dont think she cares, and that is disturbing. I felt like I was just a box she needed to check to end her day.

The provider was spot on and she was very helpful and educated me a lot

Since it was my first time seeing Dr. Lim I felt a little rushed explaining my medical history. But overall she was patient and did her best for the time I had with her.

Dr. Lim doesnt ask questions about my eating habits, exercise, etc to get to the bottom of anything. Thus far she has only given brochures or articles to read and appears to just assume that I eat poorly and dont exercise. There really is no personal experience or her attempting to get to know me so she can understand when something is abnormal. I feel like I could get the same or similar care with an AI doctor.

Dr. Lim understands cultural differences and lifestyle. She listens attentively.

I had the absolute best PCP with Benjamin Schaffer, MD. Due to a recent move, I am now seeing Dr. Lim. My confidence level in Dr. Lim is somewhat clouded by the recent written misinformation posted to my patient record and the subsequent written misinformation within the specialist referral along with the failure to refill my RX as verbally requested during the office visit. Dr. Lim did not examine my thyroid or during any of my office visits following the transfer from Dr. Schaffer. Since the UTI symptoms have cleared following the last course of antibiotics, I feel a follow up urinalysis would be more helpful than a referral to an infection specialist; I will have my endocrinologist order a urine analysis. If blood is still present, I will follow up with a urologist vs. Infection control specialist and advise.
