The first impression with this provider was really bad. The physician came to the room did no eye contact and jumped to why are you here. She was rude and with little to no bedside manners. Her physical exam lasted a total of 1 minute (possibly less). She had no interested in listening to my concerns and had no opinions. She didnt ask about age related screening or needs. I came out more confused.

Dr. Patel always provide a good experience with me because she is very knowledgeable of my health and medications and why I need the ones that she has prescribed. She also discusses what types of foods I eat.

This was my first visit with the provider. I was there to establish being a new patient. So far so good.

She spent less than 5 minutes with me. She seemed to rush me in and out as quickly as possible. She did not seem to be interested in issues I have had since seeing her last. She informed me that they did not have the vaccine I had a prescription for, even though I had asked before making the appointment over the phone.

Dr. Patel was rushed, abrupt and did not listen well or discuss care options thoroughly, leaving all decisions up to me but without discussing pros and cons of the available options. Dr. Patel did not follow up on ordered and performed Xray and US results and seemed not to remember or know that these tests had been completed.The physical exam was awful- no exam of the body part Xrayed and evaluated by ultrasound. Listened to my heart and lungs through my clothing and was talking to me while she was listening. No breast exam. Abdominal exam was light palpation in the center of the abdomen with no evaluation of the 4 quadrants of the abdomen where organs are located. No skin exam- I was fully dressed including shoes and socks.

Dr. Patel used to be a caring, attuned provider. The overbooking at this office has made her extremely short of time. I can hear her other appointments taking place while waiting in the exam room. A telehealth on one side, another patient with high LFTs on the right. This has turned into a factory. Again, not her fault.

Dr. Patel could not have been more disinterested, informed or concerned about why I was there.

My first appointment with my doctor went extremely well. She took her time and answered all my questions. She genuinely cared and I was pleased with the overall visit.However, the two subsequent appointments have not followed the same attention. The teladoc to explain my lab work was extremely rushed. I asked her to slow down and explain what some of the results ment. She was a bit bothered but I could tell she was in a hurry. I decided teladoc was not the way to go. The third appointment was in office. This time she was even more rushed. We I expressed that I felt rushed she stated she was doing her best to see all the patients on the schedule. She did her best to slow things down but all In all I think I saw her for 8 minutes. She did not have time to go over the medication she prescribed but did explain the advantage of PT over and MRI for my ongoing back pain.

Dr. Patel,was friendly, approachable, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. Not once did I feel rushed, and it was evident that she genuinely cared about my health and well-being. I left the appointment feeling confident and reassured about my health.

Seemed to attribute all my concerns to stress before being able to really explain my history. Seemed to be backing up towards door before I could discuss all my concerns

Dr Patel spent around 4 minutes with me total. She dismissed my concerns about lack of sleep and breast pain with offhand suggestions to meditate. She listened to me breathe that was all she looked at on my body. I had a list of concerns to discuss but she didnt listen or dismissed them, she read my blood work but the one thing out of norm she didnt explain to me or suggest any solutions. Not a good doctor, I stopped seeing her three years ago for a lack of empathy or care for my concerns, in general I am a healthy person but that because I am always looking ahead and preparing and she doesnt seem to care unless its life or death. I will not be coming back (again)

Dr. Patel shows lots of concern for me and my pregnancy because my heart rate was dangerously high. She referred me to St. Joes Women triage and that was the right choice, I was later admitted. I appreciated her looking out for me, she is also a mom of a young child so she was empathetic.

I cant gush enough about Dr. Patel. She talks to you in terms you can understand. She always takes her time, never rushing or making you feel like the next patient is more important than you. Shes extremely easy to talk to and open to finding just the right care for her patience. You just know she has your very best health care interest in mind, and if there is an issue, acts immediately with options for care. Words will never express my gratitude to her and her staff for my five star medical care.

Rushed visit. The Doctors write-up of the visit seemed to portray our interactions as way more thorough, than my recollection. There was a say-do gap in referrals as she indicated more imaging/ sonar exams, but did not provide all of those referrals. She did, however, immediately referred me to an eye exam with another Dr. Patel. Her bedside manners bordered on rude. Her lab coat was filthy. I think Dr. Patel is competent, yet appears uncaring. So far I have not received feedback on my labs.

The doctor unfortunately spent very very little time with me. I had not been back to see them in 7 years and they spent less than 10 minutes in the room with me for my annual exam. I felt like I was cut off during my explanation or of any concerns I had or just simple answering their questions. I was still trying to ask questions and talk through some thing before the physician was almost reaching for the door. Prior to this my last visit was fine, they spent time with me and went over concern thoroughly. The only thing that was discussed was my high blood pressure and putting me on meds for it. They did ask me how I felt about it and let me make my own decision concerning it, but that was a conversation that lasted less than 2 minutes.

I think my negative feedback is really in regards to the amount of time made available to me. I had questions regarding my blood tests and how I have been feeling, but the doctor seemed very rushed. It is possible that it was just an extra busy day which would be fine. It is not always the case, but it was in this last visit.

Dr. Patel is always pleasant, polite, and patient with me and any questions or concerns I have regarding my health.

Dr Patel was unfamiliar with my medical records and as to why I was in the office. She spent most of the appointment time reading her laptop and trying to catch up. She was present but not engaged. I am leaving her practice and I dont think she will know or care when I do.

Wish the provider would advise you of what meds/supplies they sent off to the pharmarcy so I can follow up on the order before running out
