I had a positive experience during my visit, and the doctor was very nice and thorough. However, I specifically mentioned my family history of diabetes and requested that my hemoglobin A1c be checked as part of my blood work. Unfortunately, after receiving my results, I realized that the hemoglobin A1c test was not included. Now, I feel inconvenienced because I need to go back for another blood draw and call the office to address this oversight. I hope this feedback can help ensure more thorough communication in the future.

Dr. Oster is hands down the best Medial provider I have ever had. She is aware of all of my conditions and I am a complex case. She is up to date on all of my records that are sent to her from multiple providers. I know this takes a lot of time, time she spends to take care of me.

Dr Oster was my Primary Care doctor when she was in Palm Harbor, FL. May 2022 I retired and moved to the Orlando area, and Dr Oster was transferring to Trinity, FL. June 2023 I moved to Hudson, FL, found a local Primary Care doctor, 3 months later she was gone, and I needed to find a new doctor. I called a doctor recommended by a friend, Dr Oster worked in the same office, so I went back to her, and am VERY HAPPY.

Dr Oster is great about getting to the root of medial issues that I have had for years in hopes of preventing any major medical issues emerging from these things.

My blood pressure was considered high ! I explained I was nervous plus I took the stairs and I drank Expresso on my way to appointment . I also told the Dr that 3 weeks prior I had had my blood pressure checked when I was injured before getting stiches and it was completely normal and had it rechecked when they took stiches out and it was normal . The nurse said the Dr would take it again but the Dr never took it a second time and prescribed blood pressure mediation for me . I called for nurses assistant and talked to her over the phone an explained that my ear was never cleaned out and asked her to ask Dr if I should make another appointment to clean the wax out and at the same time take my blood pressure again No one made and appointment and when called back was told to stop diet pill and take blood pressure medicine and nothing was said for me to come back another time to get it taken again and get my ear cleaned out

Dr Oster is very thorough with a pragmatic approach to my care. She treats the whole patient, not just triaging symptoms. Dr Oster appears sincere in treating her patients with compassion. She puts her whole self into caring for her patients.
