    She was great, I had asked for a paper for my work requesting them to let me work from home, 1st she decided that she needed to wait for the X-ray results. Then she came back while I was in line to check out and asked me to wait, she was giving me that paper. I could have hugged her. Glad she reconsidered her answer, most likely after seeing me walking with my cane like a 100 year old lady.
