Enjoyed our question and answer dialogue - very helpful.

Dr Tran asked excellent questions, was familiar with my history, provided a quick diagnosis and a script for a medicine if the sudden event that led to my visit were to reoccur. I was very pleased with Dr Tran, and grateful.

Understood all my issues and put them to rest

I expected more personalized care, I am getting older and he didnt really address any concerns that might be coming up or things that I might need to consider, immunizations or other health tests needed ie. Colonoscopy or preventative testing

Took two long to get a prescription refill, all I got from the doctors office and the pharmacy was he said she said.

He is concerned and listens intently. Since I have already had relationships with other providers that I need for ortho or derm, etc....he goes with that as long as I have no concerns and things are going well.

This was my second visit with Dr. Tran for an annual checkup, and I felt it went better than the first. Im a healthy patient in general, so my visits dont require lengthy discussions about health issues. He listened to me and we had a productive back and forth conversation about any concerns.

Very poor to see any one to take care of my sudden illness

This was my first visit with Dr. Tran. It certainly was not a comprehensive visit. He came in, sat down at his computer across from me and the only question he asked me was, do you need any refills. I told him that I had recent lab work with me. He took the paper glanced at it and handed it back to me. He did not offer to copy it offer me to leave it with his nurses. I did tell him that I was recently diagnosed with melanoma, and there was no conversation About that from him. Never in the visit did he touch me. There was no stethoscope, tongue, depressor, otoscope, or any palpatory examination. I mentioned that I was having a little elevation in my blood pressure and then I had doubled my medication, and it only comment was fine. The entire visit took somewhere between 10 and 15 minutes. It would be very interesting to see what was included in my exam report. It may be of interest to know that, I too am a physician.

First meeting with Dr Tran and to be honest, I am happy I switched to his care. He was thorough yet has a manner about him that was reassuring, comforting.

Dr Tran is an excellent listener, and answered all my questions in a thoughtful and easy to understand manner. He was able to provide referrals to other medical professionals easily and usefully. I didnt feel rushed. Dr Tran had a nice manner.

Great patience and understanding. Excellent bedside manner. We have a live of the Big Easy and Tulane University in common.

He has a good sense of humor and is very well educated as far as I know. Very likable and practical .
