He is a good doctor highly recommended

Usually the wait in the office is very short. When I se the doctor it may even be shorter then that. But I still have to ALWAYS come to the office to be sent somewhere else. They refuse to do what I ask, everything is an office visit, everything is billing. I have been going there for 7 plus years, why and where is the help when I need something. Where is the family care in the office. They do nothing! Only send you elsewhere. Wont even write a letter or fill out a form for me. Again, I have been going there 7+ years! I am looking for another provider based on my past couple of experiences and the office of Dr Tran.

Doctor was great, understood my goals, didnt judge me for what supplements I want to take later this year.

Dr. Tran is excellent. Listens, expresses concern when needed and is wonderful in mapping out a plan for my health care.

He made some comments alluding to drinking and questioned the amount of alcohol intake I have usually FOR YEARS I HAVE SAID AND CONTINUE TO SAY I MAY HAVE ONE OR TWO BEERS OR GLASSES OF WINE A WEEK OR A MONTH. I was insulted and taken aback by his queries. He has also commented that he would just let my rheumatologist take care of all those meds and treatments . The time I saw him before this he said the RA Dr s office had not sent my records to him for two to three years. I have requested that my RA Drs office follow up on that. On this visit my thyroid levels were off and we adjusted the meds to see if that would help. I am concerned he may not know enough about pharmacology of multiple health issues in one person.

Dr has always spent time discussing my care plan & any questions I may have. He actually listens!

The doctor and his staff are very professional and experienced. They are very friendly and listen to everything I said to them. The doctor order blood work and imaging tests for me. My overall experience was excellent.

Dr Tran asked excellent questions, was familiar with my history, provided a quick diagnosis and a script for a medicine if the sudden event that led to my visit were to reoccur. I was very pleased with Dr Tran, and grateful.

I expected more personalized care, I am getting older and he didnt really address any concerns that might be coming up or things that I might need to consider, immunizations or other health tests needed ie. Colonoscopy or preventative testing

Provider reviewed previous labs but was very lax in exam. Did not feel it was a thorough exam. Had better exams at urgent care centers.

Dr. Tran provides excellent insight into the meaning of the blood test results for my annual exam, and he gives useful advice on how to maintain my good health. Above all, he shows genuine care about the health and wellbeing of his patients.

Took two long to get a prescription refill, all I got from the doctors office and the pharmacy was he said she said.

He is concerned and listens intently. Since I have already had relationships with other providers that I need for ortho or derm, etc....he goes with that as long as I have no concerns and things are going well.

This was my second visit with Dr. Tran for an annual checkup, and I felt it went better than the first. Im a healthy patient in general, so my visits dont require lengthy discussions about health issues. He listened to me and we had a productive back and forth conversation about any concerns.
