I let him know who my provider is and he said she is awesome. I did not have the heart to tell him her level of care for patients has went downhill over the last year both my husband and I agree she does not share the same level of compassion, listening skills or care that she use too.

The doctor listened to my concerns, validated my concerns, showed compassion for my medical situation (not related to the reason for my visit), explained the diagnostic options, and ordered the appropriate test. I know that I am in good hands.

To time to discuss health issues

I believe that the nurse/assistant should provide the patient with the blood pressure/pulse metrics when recording them. I believe that my bp and pulse info was incorrect as an automatic cuff/recording device was used. My arm is large and generally a manual reading/large cuff Is required if you want the CORRECT info on my chart. I cant alert you to incorrect information if I dont know what is being recorded until after my visit.
