During my treatment period, when I was in intense pain, I sent two message through the patient portal. One concerned a procedure the doctor had recommended. The other concerned me running out of a prescription for pain relief. I did not receive an answer on either message.

Demonstrating exercises is not enough. There needs to be some documentation of them with instructions. The visit was very overwhelming and there is no way I can remember what she told me to do.

First visit with this provider was very clear as to what the problem was and suggested treatment

Not enough time to really know how I feel and my goals.

Dr Godoy would love to help me with the severe neck pain but she said until she gets the MRI results her hands are tied. She has given me 5 injections but none have provided relief. Baycare this is shameful that it takes this long to get in to an MRI!

She listened to me, but did not want the medical records I had for her.

Dr Godoy-Hung is truly the best pain management doctor Ive had

Dr Godoy is Hispanic, so higher energy than me and I suspect other senior patients. Would be appreciated if she talked slower, and occasionally asked does this makes sense Shes a Pain Mgmt Dr. Concerns me she suggested I consider a procedure where she uses an approved micro process to go into my spine and carefully remove extra ligaments. I dont think a Pain Mgmt Dr should do any surgery INTO the spine.

Dr Godoy is PRIMO!. I have 4 specialists and Dr Godoy is my favorite. She cares about your pain and does everything in her power to help you. I can not say enough about this lady. One of BayCare best doctors.
