Ask for X-ray foot care urology test I gave all test wrote doctor name they said never received x ray provider has no idea about test done . Even tell for prescription Publix never received for refill Everytime they have to call back provider keep issue medication which my other doctor wrote poor judgment.

Danny Ortiz is an excellent PA. However, I am getting quite frustrated with the lack of a permanent physician at this office. I am contemplating transfer of my care.

I listened to PA talk outside the room to assistant about Star Wars, his children and life in general for a good 15 minutes before entering my room. Eventually coming into my room spending a maximum time of 5 minutes, talked to me without even looking at me. Totally different from my last experiences with him. Shows a complete difference from when an actual Dr. Was in the facility.

Would not listen to my concerns and continually interrupted me as a would start to ask a question.

I absolutely love Danny Ortiz! He takes his time during my visit to review results, answer questions and listen to whats been going on with my health. Always stays on top of my medications and follow up visits with my doctors outside of the practice. He truly cares about his patients and hope the organization realizes what he brings to the organization.

Great experience. Danny Ortiz provides excellent service. He has stepped up and filled the void after the office lost the primary physician. He is thorough, professional and very cordial. He listens and explains things well. He reviewed my medications, records and provided referrals for any other necessary test, labs,etc. He reviewed the outcome from specialists and other physicians Id seen and ensured those findings were in my chart. He is a wonderful asset to BayCare.
