I have seen NP for many years and this was my first physical with Danielle. She was courteous, very thorough and listened to my concerns. She reviewed all labs, explained her opinions of the results and followed up with a note in the portal. Changing providers after so long can cause anxiety, but Danielle was great and Im happy to continue my care with her.

It was my first time seeing Danielle. She had a very different approach to discussion. Danielle said my blood pressure was good that day, then said I should change my blood pressure medicine. I didnt understand exactly why. I should have asked more questions about it.

Danielle was incredible. She is knowledgable, thorough, efficient, and her follow through was great, not to mention her bedside manner. I felt I was in good hands as she took the time to thoroughly ask me about symptoms, history, and followed up with an exam. She ordered needed medication and bloodwork that would further identify my condition, and scheduled a follow up visit. Her findings were written up before I managed to arrive back in my car. She earns an A+ from me!

Danielle Hebert showed great care and offered several new ideas to enhance my nutrition. The only negative centered on labwork. Ms Hebert said there were no recent labs done and was going to order some, when in fact bloodwork had been done. She saved the day by following through to find the labs and immediately called to share those results.

My issues:- Danielle had not taken a look at my chart before entering the room and did not bother to ask me questions to find out why I was there- Danielle made assumptions of pregnancy based off of my complaint of weight gain and then again based off of seeing pelvic pain listed in my chart from 2015- Danielle made the assumption of pregnancy from me using the common title of OB-GYN to refer to my doctor who is in fact an OB-GYN- Danielle assumed I wanted to lose weight, which makes her look ignorant All of this shows she assumes instead of probing with fact-finding questions. This can lead to medical errors and has clearly led to terrible bedside manner and zero trust from me. She was rushing through my visit because she had spent so much time with the previous patient. This is not acceptable to rush through my visit. It is also not acceptable to not call a patient when they have abnormal cholesterol levels and no prior history of such a thing. I have no faith that Danielle is a good practitioner and will be finding a different PCP.
