I think this was my second visit with this provider after Dr. King left. During the first visit, I spent time explaining my childs medical and behavioral background, diagnoses, and ongoing concerns. During this most recent visit, I felt like I had to start from the beginning all over again, as if the previous information had not been reviewed or fully understood.I understand that not all disabilities or diagnoses are physically visible, especially neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence. However, I left feeling that some of my concerns were dismissed rather than fully heard and understood. I specifically requested blood work during the visit, but it was never ordered or addressed, which was disappointing.I also felt uncomfortable with parts of the conversation because some comments came across more as criticism regarding circumstances outside of my control rather than collaborative support. As a parent, I can only control what happens while my child is in my care, and I was hoping for a more understanding and informed approach regarding complex behavioral and developmental diagnoses.I truly believe additional education or training related to ADHD, neurodivergence, and invisible disabilities could be beneficial in helping providers better support families navigating these challenges.

Dr Gilling is the least interactive with my child. At some point she seemed annoyed my daughter wasnt breathing heavy enough for her to listen to her chest. My daughter is 4 , no need to show faces of distain. She barely interacted with her other than the required needs.

Dr. Gilling is very caring and understanding. She has been caring for my children over 20 years. She makes good recommendations and also respects our choices. She follows up and offer additional help if we need.

It is very convenient to attend to your doctor since she speaks Spanish just like us, she has always treated us well and very professional.

Provider doesnt seem to be very into working with children. Pretty direct and cold. Not what is expected of a pediatrician.

The provider did not seem engaged or cared when my daughter was speaking and building rapport. She diagnosed her with a sinus infection yet never even looked up her nose. She was prescribed an antibiotic and has since finished her medicine and is still sick.
