Ms. Redetti was clear and concise in presenting the benefits and risks associated with the procedure I was considering, prior to my electing to undergo the ablation. She was informative and encouraging while reporting the results of the procedure at the follow up appointment.

I have been a bit disappointed in Bay Care lately as I think the personal care lacks sincerity. Think you are getting too large where the patient is left behind. While I waited, there were two others that came in and said they had appointments and the nurses said no. Lots of confusion.
