It took Dr. Nelson a while to take my concerns about a previous medical need that arose on Christmas Eve and the botched response from the doctor on the call. Dr. Nelson did not seem to take it as seriously as I did. Eventually he understood the risk he had put us in as agreed that it was worthy of addressing.

Dr.provided care that I wasnt sure he could. Thought I would be sent to a specialist, but he was able to not only fix the problem but educated me on what caused the problem. What he said was going to happen was exactly what did happen. I feel confident that Dr Nelson knows his stuff!!

Dr. Nelson spent 15 min with me reviewing my lab results and doing a quick check of kings, heart, lymph nodes, etc. The discharge sheet had a 40 min visit circled. Seems questionable to me.

Great Doctor

Provider walked into the room, with no white jacket or name tag, and did not shake my hand or make me feel welcome. His side/back was to me most of the visit while typing and looking at his computer. Very little interaction or eye contact. Minimal time with examination for expecting a complete physical. Very unprofessional and felt rushed.
