    As a new patient at this facility, I found the Claudia Pineda, ARNP demeanor to be quite distant, detached, and lacking in empathy. She did not display a welcoming attitude or a genuine interest in addressing my health concerns, which made me feel uncomfortable and dismissed during my consultation.

    During my visit, I felt that the Claudia Pineda, ARNP, communication style was somewhat distant and detached. As a new patient at this clinic, I was hoping for more empathy and a more reassuring approach regarding my health conditions. It felt as though there was a lack of interest in thoroughly discussing my medical needs and aligning them with my coverage.
