I booked the appointment with Claudia because my primary care physician was not available. I am very grateful for the change and now Claudia will be my primary care physician because she paid attention to the discomfort I had and gave me solutions. He didnt make me feel uncomfortable by any comment or gesture. On the contrary, we were able to plan the next appointment and he prescribed the exams for my annual medical evaluation. Claudia gave me a lot of confidence professionally.

I was impressed that when the care provider took personal leave, she coordinated with the office staff, nurse, and other APRN to respond to my portal messages and inform me over the phone about lab results.
