Timing.

I am 74 years old and seem to get confused very easily. I know the staff gave excellent effort, but I felt like I was not cared for at the level I expected. However, I know that all the Staff were very busy. So I am not complaining about the effort made just the end result.

I did not see Dr. Evans who performed my open heart surgery. He would have the most knowledge about my experience at the hospital and my after care. Dr. Louis said he could not tell me what was going on without an xray or scan. Discussion seemed very generic, wait and see, or speculative.

Dr. Louis was great on how he explained my condition and let me know that my case would be reviewed by the team. He contacted me as he said he would on their decision.

Doctor was very professional, he was also very kind and payed attention to what I had to say.

Dr. Clauden Louis is what Doctors should aspire to be. A true professional who sensed and addressed my concerns. While some of this may be routine to the Doctors it is not for the patient and I arrived with some concerns based on my prior experiences and those of my family. He understood and was empathetic and spent all the time I needed to explain the process of the Intervention and review In detail the test results. We addressed scheduling and timelines based on my work schedule and not what was convenient to his. This was important to me as I am still working and need to remain employed If I want to be able to fund this procedure. He understood and we came up with some planning based on a very real and no punches pulled assessment of my condition. I am really grateful to have met Dr. Clauden he really made me feel comfortable with a difficult situation.
