Very good experience Except Dr Purcell didnt enter any of my lab orders immediately during my visit and when I went to the lab to be drawn the lab orders were not in the computer The lab registration lady called Dr Purcells office and he entered the orders in promptly

This was my first office visit with Dr. Purcell as my new primary care physician. He took a lot of time and patience with me to make sure he understood all of my medical issues and the prescription medications that were prescribed for me prior to my recent hospital stay and the new prescriptions that were prescribed for me upon my recent discharge from the hospital. I feel very good about entrusting my care to Dr. Purcell. He truly cares.

Although I was a last minute appt, Dr Purcell was well-prepared with my health history and patiently covered existing meds, last visit notes and discussed at length, my current issues.

Dr. Purcell is absolutely the best doctor that I have ever had. He is always caring and asks questions about what is going on with me and addresses any concerns that I have. He is patient and always has a smile on his face. I am very comfortable discussing whatever is on my mind with Dr. Purcell. I saw him for almost 20 years at another clinic and when he left there they informed me that I couldnt see him for a certain amount of time so I eventually was able to get in to see him at BayCare as soon as I could. He is the best!

Dr. Purcell has superb beside manners with a genuine feeling that he really does care, coupled with solid medical knowledge. This combination makes the patient very comfortable to discuss different health-issues and treatment options, if necessary, with him. Were very happy to have him as our family PCP. Shame he isnt a pediatrician too.
