It was good, I cant complain

I came in for a an eye throat and sinus infection. The provider said to take antibiotics for 5 days and to take eye drops. When I picked up my prescription, it was a 7 day dose and ear drops. I called the office and they called in the eye drops and I asked about the days that I needed to take the antibiotics and they said Chris or a nurse would call me back. No one did. Very disappointed

The best in his field. Just an all around excellent approach to taking care of patients.

He listened to me and showed concern for my issues.

Came to this appointment to have my annual labs, physical and ask for guidance on loss of hearing in my ear. Provider spoke really fast, rushed the appointment, and told me theres nothing wrong with me - the fluid accumulation in my middle ear is normal and will return to normal soon. Didnt propose any intervention. Its been 1 month and I still have hearing loss and ringing. Sent me to a different lab 2 weeks later.

This was my first time seeing the nurse practitioner, and he was incredibly helpful and compassionate. He listened to all of my concerns and did not judge me for asking strange questions. I would feel comfortable seeing him again, and trust his advice.

I was absolutely ecstatic with the care and treatment by my provider. This was my first visit to see him and he really listened, I never felt rushed, he explained what he was seeing and why he was treating a certain way, and he gave me follow up plans for what to watch for and steps to take. I was originally concerned about seeing the ARNP, but Chris was so amazing and I feel like I have found my provider that I will be using for a very long time to come.

Unable to get simple questions answered via phone of the patient portal messaging system. This is a serious enough issue that I may seek a new provider.

I had specifically scheduled this apt to discuss medication involved with delaying my monthly cycle (which was clearly communicated in my apt request) for an upcoming vacation. As a 42 year old woman who went through YEARS of infertility, Im well aware of options available to me and the risks involved. The provider wasted my time by scheduling me for an apt, then refusing to present any options that are available to me, lecturing me about the risks of Estrogen and progesterone, making broad statements regarding birth control and the risks to me, regardless of the fact that I was only looking for short term (ie: a month) option. He then patronized me about how he just wanted to make sure I was getting the best care possible without acknowledging that he completely wasted my time by bringing me in for an apt for a request that he wasnt even going to provide me options for. It seemed as though he was so focused on the idea of birth control options over the age of 40 that he either wasnt understanding that this wasnt what my request was for (even though that was clearly stated in my message to the office) or didnt even understand WHY I would want such a thing (or maybe doesnt even know the options that are out there) Again, Im a 42 year old educated woman who knows more about the effects of estrogen and progesterone than I ever would care to after taking four years to conceive my child. Getting an overly dramatic lecture from this care provider who wasnt even concerned about A) addressing my actual request or B) not wasting my time with an apt if he didnt want to address my actual request was extremely frustrating. I ended up calling my OB/GYN who prescribed me what I was asking for - a short term medication to delay the onset of my period for a bucket-list vacation - not a lecture about the affects of hormones.
