Christie A. Felts, APRN

Christie Felts is an advanced practice registered nurse with BayCare Medical Group, where she sees patients age 18 and older in the Safety Harbor, Florida area. She is a registered nurse who has acquired the expert knowledge base, complex decision-making skills and clinical competencies. She has been educated and trained to promote health and maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic condition.

Christie earned her graduate degree in family practice nursing from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. Christie has participated in numerous clinical research trials associated with cardiovascular disease. She is also certified in cardiac progressive care, basic life support, advanced cardiac life support and in electrophysiology and implantable device management. Christie is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, American Nurses Association, Preventative Cardiovascular Nurses Association, West Coast Council of Advanced Nursing Practices and the Nurse Practitioner-Physician Assistant Alliance of Tampa Bay.
