Sindler is great
Dr. Sindler is was an hour late. I understand this happens sometimes. But when I did see the doctor, I did not have her full attention. The minute she got in the room she announced she was ,the virtual waiting room, Trying to get into a race. Her attention throughout my visit was on her cell phone, not on our discussion. She was constantly looking to see where she was in the queue for the race. She would often comment on what was happening on the phone. Clearly, the appointment at hand was not her priority. In addition, she did not ask about the endoscopy/biopsy. She referred me for or did she review the results. I had to bring this up. Clearly, she had not reviewed my records before the appointment.Also, during the appointment her assistant walked in, stood in the doorway and announced , Dr. Sindler, I just want you to know your patients are getting really mad in the waiting room youre really far behind. After this , The doctor rushed to wrap up my appointment. Overall poor quality of care and disrespect of the patient.
She is very knowledgeable and always takes my issues into consideration.
