    I was in the office in the morning and was tested for the flu and COVID. I had to call in the afternoon to get the results even though the provider mentioned the results would be ready in 20 min. I tested positive for the flu. I came in because of a bad cough and was asking for prescription cough medicine so I could sleep. That was never called in to the pharmacy and provider did not discuss over the counter alternatives. Other than that I felt well taken care of.
