I want to thank Dr. Carolina Nelson for questioning how I was reacting to a medication prescribed by another doctor, she took photos of me and sent them to him, he saw me the next day and stop the medication. I was really suffering and Dr. Nelsons concern was very much appreciated.

I always find Dr. Nelson to be extremely caring and very professional. She listens to my concerns, asks relevant questions, and takes her time with me. She always reviews my medical history in advance of my appointment, which is much appreciated.

As I was a new patient, Dr. Nelson started by asking me to tell her a little about myself personally which I appreciated. Now she knows more about me other than I have this disease or that one. She was thorough in the exam and ended up giving me my annual Medicare exam which was due. She responded to and made a plan for each issue I talked about. I do feel great having someone so thoughtful and detailed in her care of me.

Dr Nelson is very good, attentive, good listener and very informative. We did not discuss the medicines Im currently on but she did give 2 new RX for me for the issue I was there for. I did not get a phone call about my labs in June that I had. Waiting till December to discuss them. Even though they are in the portal, surely someone can tell you results before 6 months. I had to call the office to discuss.

Dr. Nelson truly encompasses all the medical expertise that all physician should process. She goes the extra mile to treat you with extra care, spend time answering all your questions has read your file before the appointment, provides follow up, rebut details messages promptly etc, She is the best of BayCare physicians.
