During the visit, Brinkley was knowledgeable, easy to speak with, Interested In what I had to say. I was previously diagnosed with an extremely rare hereditary disease, I brought a brochure about It. Brinkley was eager to learn more about It and willingly took the brochure to research more. I was completely Impressed as my previous primary didnt even acknowledge It.

Brinkley is extremely knowledgable and goes above and beyond to keep me healthy with my few medical issues.

Poor experience. Scheduling me for something I did not request, constant miscommunication and telling my parents something different than I am told, as well as lab work needing re-do four times due problems show inefficiency.I will say myself and my parents were all new patients. Dr. Baker seems very attentive and well versed in his field and exhibits true listening and care for the patient. The Way the office is being run and the kind yet detached ways of the staff, poor communication, and the ways computer notes and lab or appointment entries are done are all concerning, yet this seems pretty standard in the industry today.Everything seems inefficient and lacking a desire for correctness or quality.I will need to continue to look for a better doctor for all of us. This place seems easier to get an appointment and the staff seem more kind than many, but whatever is happening with the industry and how offices are being run is not good. Entering things into billing and scheduling poorly or like a factory process and getting a lot of it wrong is not acceptable when it comes to many things much less your health.

Always very pleasant and thorough. She is knowledgeable and truly wants to help accomplish whatever my healthy goals are.

She has corrected a very bad BP prescription experience from previous Doctors. My BP is now under control.

I will change primary. She talked about prescription never ordered them. I had to call back. She never took a urine analysis. Had to come in the next day and then she proceeds to say I meant to get that when you were here yesterday. Really Then other stuff happened.

I needed a pharmacy review by my insurance company for a very expensive prescription. I had to call repeatedly requesting the office to fax the form and as of 11/2 weeks later, and 4 phone calls, I am still waiting for the form to be faxed to my insurance company. Thank god its not a matter of life and death.
