She was nice the first time I saw her second time was not very good. Wanted to take me off Jardence since my ac1 was good well thats why it was good. My prior PCP was the best dr thats not there anymore and thats too bad. I will never come back and be treated this way again. There was so much tension in the room.

She was gentle and very sweet and caring, easy to talk to and very explanatory

Unfortunately for me, this physician is very busy and only at the practice two days a wk. Therefore, appts can only be arranged four months out for any follow up. I was told when this when checking out after my initial visit and was told should I get sick and need to be seen before the 4mo follow up, I would be referred to another physician.

I realize the doctor is busy but Id rather not have to wait more than 20 minutes

Biggest complaint is the delay with prescriptions.

Dr. Laiolo is kind and caring and is up to date on the latest best practices. She is acutely aware of medicine costs and the efficacy of new treatments. If she doesnt know the answer right away she will research it. The only time she did not have the big picture was when an outside provider did not send the results as requested.

Provider told me something I did not know about a procedure I had 7 years ago what not to eat which I did not remember them telling me at the time. I had been eating those foods.
