I was called promptly when my lab results were received and results suggested additional studies were required. A consult with a gastroenterologist was indicated and the nursing assistant suggested several practitioners in the area. I received a follow-up call checking up on my progress and was able to report my appointment date with the specialist I selected, and share this information with Dr. Johnson.
