Ben is confident, caring, proactive, and informed. As a critical care, Im not easily impressed and he gives the best possible care I sent several people to him and they all find the same.

Dr Schaffer is the BEST! He is thorough and a great problem solver. He not only sees whats in front of him but also the outside factors affecting your health. He looks at the entire picture, mind and body and tries to keep you in the best shape you can be. He will refer out to a specialist when needed and keeps the entire picture together by coordinating care with them. I hope he never retires.

I was not sure seeing a male physician, but it has been a great experience for me. I feel like he listens to me and is very thorough with my care. Dr. Schaffer sent me to see a specialist. His office called to set up my appointment and the staff let Dr. Schaffer know that the specialist was not taking new patients. Dr. Schaffer called the specialist doctor personally and got me in. I really felt special because I had only seen Dr. Schaffer twice and he does not really know me, but he treated my life I was one of his family members and went to extra mile to get me in with specialist. So, I am so appreciative of Dr. Schaffer how he has been on top of my medical care.

Dr. Schaeffer showed a lot of compassion for what he had gone through.
