She Is very knowledgeable and will reach out to get answers for you if she doesnt have one. She is dedicated and cares about people.

Bailey Dimke has been the most empathetic, honest, transparent, and trustworthy provider I have ever had. She advocates for me, researches options for treatment, contacts other providers in- and outside of BayCare who may have insights into treatment options for my rare condition, and calls to check up on me after difficult procedures. She gives me hope when options are limited. She makes me feel cared for, listened to, and empowered with the facts to make decisions about my healthcare. Without her as an essential leader of my care team, I would feel very lost right now. I only wish she could be my provider for my health overall, not just for my breast condition.

Bailey and Dr. Lundgren were more than excellent. They were thorough, very sweet, compassionate, knowledgeable, informing, and sensitive to what I was going through. They both checked in on me after my procedure and Bailey has been great about getting me on the books for follow up care. Bailey is so incredibly kind and made me feel safe and normal which is tremendous for helping me accept my new reality.

Baily was outstanding at answering my questions and providing insight to an upcoming test. She conveyed the steps to take after the test and the continued monitoring that would occur. She was never rushed, I felt comfortable in her presence and greatly appreciated her expansive knowledge of womens health. Also appreciated she referenced studies when providing answers which proved she was up to date and made decisions based on evidence. Best provider Ive ever seen.

I am having multiple issues at home concerning my husbands health. Mrs. Dimke was VERY concerned about how I was dealing with everything and was very encouraging for a good outcome.

I went to my appointment feeling very defeated about things related to my medical care and recovery (none having anything to do with any BayCare facilities or providers). When Bailey came in to talk to me, I had a significant meltdown. She was very empathetic and said and did all the right things to help me get back on track to take the necessary last steps as I near the finish line of this year long medical journey Ive been on.

I asked nurse Bailey if she would help me arrange a new appointment that was not for June 4 and she told me roundly no, that I had to solve it because she had already assigned an appointment for June 4 and I saw everything as imposing myself and then I left the office, thanked her and went to the first floor of the radiologist to get help.

I was very disappointed by my visit. I was supposed to see Bailey and the Dr. Lungren about revision surgery from my mastectomy, but Dr. Lungren wasnt even in the office and nobody thought it was necessary to call and let me know. My husband took off work to bring me to the appointment which was a waste of his time and my time. Bailey told me to wait until this appointment so that I could get revision surgery with Dr. Lungren. I waited six months for this appointment, and then Bailey says that they changed the policy at the office for doing revision surgery 3 months ago. Again, nobody bothered to tell me this. All of this was documented in my chart as what was to happen at this appointment, but nobody bothered to look. I was so disappointed. I could have had the surgery and already be done by now, but instead I trusted Bailey and I waited and now I have to start over.

I LOVE her! Such a bright happy person, she really makes me smile and she takes time to explain everything to me. And even that she will be out on maternity leave for my next visit, and who I will be seeing.
