I would have liked to see her face at some point during the visit. She wore a mask the whole time and it was my first visit to her.

I absolutely believe that Dr. Toth is the best cardiologist in the Tampa area. I have experienced several different health professionals over the past 6 years - some good and some bad experiences, but Dr. Toth stands out for the consummate professional that she is. She is always prepared (has reviewed all pertinent documents and tests), she never makes me feel rushed or given less than her complete attention. She is an active listener and only interjects when Ive had a chance to relate any questions or concerns I might have. Every appointment with her is a joy to attend. Most doctors make me feel anxious but not Dr. Toth. She is warm, humerous, caring and so very skillful. I feel that Im in the absolute best of hands. I hope that I can always go to her for my cardio health.

Provider recommended different medication for me that has high risk for adverse reactions, which I had. Provider did not ask enough qualifying questions prior to prescribing new medication. Provider did not test for efficiency of current medication before switching. Provider was intelligent, but probably overworked at this time. Wasnt too concerned that a young person was there for things they shouldnt have :/ not the person I trust for my care going forward. This was a check the box experience, not one with genuine care or concern.

The waiting room was unorganized. Patients, who had appointments AFTER my 10am appointment time, were examined by Doctors, BEFORE me.I had to wait until an hour, and 55 minutes.

Dr. Toth wears a mask which makes it difficult to understand what she is saying. I would highly encourage her to take off the mask when talking with a patient. Also, she seems to be in a hurry to get to the next patient which makes it difficult to ask follow-up questions and get a full understanding of the patients condition and expectations. She doesnt give the impression that she cares whether the patient understands their condition. It seems like she doesnt want to take the time to discuss Issues in detail as she gives short answers and doesnt explain well.

It was my first visit to a cardiologist and I was definitely impressed with the care and information provided to me by Dr Valina-Toth. She listened to my whole familial history informed me of my risks associated with my familial history and provided a plan of care and tests that I definitely needed to find out what my current cardial/pulmonary issues are and to help plan preventative measures before I become another casualty with my familys genetics.

Dr. Toth took her time and explained her reasons as to my change In medication and how she felt I will benefit with It.
