Angela Bridges is a dual board-certified advanced practice family and adult acute care nurse practitioner and is with BayCare Medical Group in Riverview, Florida, where she sees patients age 18 and older. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, and completed a Master of Science in nursing from the University of Tampa in Tampa, Florida. Angela furthered her education by earning a post-master’s certification as an acute care nurse practitioner at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. Before joining BayCare Medical Group, she worked as a nurse in Tampa. She specializes in gastroenterology, with experience in treatment of benign and malignant conditions of the esophagus, stomach, liver, bile ducts, gallbladder and pancreas. She’s dedicated to providing patient and family-centered care focusing on disease prevention and health promotion. Angela is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
