This Dr is very kind and he explained a couple of things I needed to know but didnt so I was very happy with him

Extremely unprofessional, and I told him his line of questioning made me as a married man uncomfortable. He Had no respect for my marriage of 37 years. He was completely unprepared and had no knowledge of my medical history and my cancer fight. Ive never had a doctor ask me and say, I dont know what youre into, do you have 4, 5, 6, sexual partners. I told him Im married for 37 years and am recovering from a radical prostatectomy.

Dr. Maley will listen to the patient from the patients human experience. He will advise, recommend and prescribe remedies to al aliments. He is not arrogant, and will always spend the time to explain treatment options.

He is very thorough, but does not seem to connect on a personal level. He seems more focused on the computer.

My wife and I have seen several primary care physicians in the 15 years weve lived in Florida. In general, we have been severely disappointed. Dr. Maley is an exception to this trend, and we are happy to continue with him as our PCP.

When I asked why he didnt do blood test, he said tests are not necessary because the results dont change!

Dr. Maley is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable, his answers are based in reciteable facts and his manner instills confidence in his advice. My health couldnt be in better hands. Ive had doctors and Dr. Maley is truly a Gem.

No follow up with care and tests. I had an MRI that MD didnt discuss the results. He gave me a referral to the ENT for help hearing. No follow up, still no help with hearing.

Dr. Malley always takes great care and listens carefully to all concerns. In this meeting, he was able to use my latest blood sugar meter and examine the data from a whole array of perspectives-and suggest questions that I might pose to my endocrinologist in my next visit.

Dr Maley, was excellent despite my complex medical history. He did not become overwhelmed, or discourteous. I appreciate his clinical style. I could tell the EMR was inadequate and this deficiency in no way reflects on the provider, but practice management needs to recognize the need to have staff scan and enter accurate titles and date of document of the documents being scanned, such as outside imaging studies, implant/device information, ecg, consultant summary by speciality, medical problem list, etc . A conscientious staff member needs to accurately title and scan into system. Providers need to quickly find supplemental documents, not have to open multiple untitled documents to search for essential information. Also, please consider a minimum of two pharmacies with three preferable-Local, Mail order, Specialty. Again, every minute counts during a provider-patient interaction. Lastly, as a new patient it would be wonderful if a sheet could be provided for clinical/direct patient care processes. Routine, annual labs-are they ordered at appointment or in advance. How are results provided-telephone calls, emails, patient portals or f/u appointment. Is telemedicine available Are f/u appointments routinely scheduled following consults, procedures, or operations Overall so pleased to have found practice. Just want provider-patient relationship to be as fluid as possible.

I came in with moderate to severe back pain. I was told I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease.what does that mean Do I have a slipped/herniated disc as a result of degenerative disc disease I Was then prescribed NSAIDS and Tylenol. Am I supposed to live with the pain

The nurse took my blood pressure twice and it was much higher than usual. She said that after the doctor saw me she could take it again as I may be more relaxed then. The doctor actually took the time to ensure I was properly positioned and took it himself and then it ended up being in a more normal range.

Dr. Maley was very thorough and appeared to be genuinely concerned about my wellbeing. He has a caring demeanor and I felt comfortable. My previous provider, I had been with for almost thirty years so changing doctors was a big deal.
