Dr Hastings came in and told me I had Covid (surprise to me bc I was just given a test the day before at a walk in clinic). She didnt sit down, or listen to my other issues which I came to see her about in the first place. Told me my list was too long and we couldnt go over it all today. I was there for my migraines to which she prescribed me meds before for, and also there for my anxiety and depression which we discussed in my last visit except this time Ive had a baby so I was coming in for postpartum depression etc. When I told her that she asked me if Ive seen a psychiatrist. I also told her I made this appt because I have been feeling light headed, dizzy, shaky a lot lately with migraines and wanted some blood work to which the nurse also told me they would be ordering when I was speaking with her. I didnt willingly walk in there knowing I supposedly had Covid. You would have thought I had the plague when they found out. I was prescribed a medication and then told that it works well for most people. Was never told when to follow up, never told side affects, lab work was never ordered, nothing. Then when I went to leave I asked the same front desk person if I was good to go or if I had to check out and she didnt even look my way or say a word to me and she just waved me out. This is a primary care office. People come to see you when theyre sick. If youre that worried about getting something from them then you need a new job rather than making them feel very uncomfortable and like theyre being kicked out.

Dr. Hastings has been the best physician I have ever met. I have had some good providers in the past. But I must say she is by far the one that I fell that she actually listens to what I have to say and I dont feel rushed.

Very caring and kind. Took her time to go over my medical history. Look forward to having her as my care provider.

I AM LUCKY TO HAVE DR HASTINGS AS MY PROVIDER, I HOPE SHE KEEPS ME.

I went there for a second opinion on laboratory results that I was very concerned with my abnormal results. My labs were drawn again and was told to see her in one week. Staff said it would be almost 3 weeks Id have to wait because the doctor had no openings. I said I was scared over my results and I needed them right away and have the doctor call me. They said the doctor would not call with lab results, I would have to come in the office. I called three days in a row, trying to see if theres any cancellation and asking them again to ask the doctor to talk to me and they refused, and there was no appointments. I felt this office had no concern when I explained how scared I was. I called another doctors office and explain to them about my labs and what happened and they got me in the next day. I will never return to Dr. Hastings because the office truly does not care how a patient feels or make any attempt to help them.

This was my first visit with Dr Hastings. I chose her based on the positive ratings I found online. I have been trying for about 6 years to find a PCP to replace the best one Id ever had. And while Im only one visit in, Dr Hastings has made a great impression thus far!

I came into this office on 08/17/2022 as a new patient so she didnt know much about my medical history. I had requested that my records be sent to this office from my previous provider. Not sure if they showed up in time for my appointment. However she took the time to listen and write down all my conditions and concerns. She took the time to get to know what medications I take and for what. I was even asked if I needed refills on them yet. So far I am very happy with this provider as it took a long time to find one. I moved here to Florida December 2021.
