Did not help me. More referrals while I suffer daily in pain. Told due to it being a chronic illness she can not give me anything like a pain medication.

I had some abnormal labs that I felt were just being brushed off as nothing when I have never had these labs come back abnormal before. I questioned it and asked about following up to check the levels again and was told it was probably because of my cycle. Probably isnt an answer.

My care provider is the best.

Dr. Hastings is my daughter and granddaughters provider as well as mine. We are so thankful for her. Shes a phenomenal physician and a great listener. My daughter recommends her to everyone she loves because she knows they will be in good hands with Dr. Hastings.

My experience with Dr. Hastings was very good. She listened to my concerns about checking my cholesterol level and my prostate and colon numbers, which resulted in ordering several test for those concerns.

Dr did not listen to reasons I was there. Wanted me to pick just one and only discuss that one. Did not talk about any other on going issues. Looked at my bloodwork, diagnosed me with a chronic disease and said she would give me a referral. She did not tell me how to manage this until I can see a specialist, just prescribed some medication. I look at office visit notes later and they say she did all sorts of things she did not do or discuss with me. Im changing providers.

My experience with the care provider was good very understandable

I did not appreciate the care provider/ doctor, and I will not be back. First, I had to repeat everything I spent time going over with the nurse which was frustrating and pointless. I explained my concerns and the doctor did little to nothing to address my concerns and would only offer birth control as the solution which I repeatedly shared I do not want to go on birth control. Her solutions to my issues were stating the obvious, I dont know why I wasted my time with this appointment.

Dr. Hastings is by far the best General Practitioner that I have ever had. I would never consider patronizing another doctor, unless I had to relocate to a distant location.

The Provider was personable...like wed already known each other. All of my test...blood work, Cologuard, etc. Was ordered/done immediately and the result were available right away. One thing though, Im not much for being told that I will be put on a medication, without discussing what it is or what it does. I like to discuss other option as opposed to synthetic manufactured medication all the time.

Dr Hastings came in and told me I had Covid (surprise to me bc I was just given a test the day before at a walk in clinic). She didnt sit down, or listen to my other issues which I came to see her about in the first place. Told me my list was too long and we couldnt go over it all today. I was there for my migraines to which she prescribed me meds before for, and also there for my anxiety and depression which we discussed in my last visit except this time Ive had a baby so I was coming in for postpartum depression etc. When I told her that she asked me if Ive seen a psychiatrist. I also told her I made this appt because I have been feeling light headed, dizzy, shaky a lot lately with migraines and wanted some blood work to which the nurse also told me they would be ordering when I was speaking with her. I didnt willingly walk in there knowing I supposedly had Covid. You would have thought I had the plague when they found out. I was prescribed a medication and then told that it works well for most people. Was never told when to follow up, never told side affects, lab work was never ordered, nothing. Then when I went to leave I asked the same front desk person if I was good to go or if I had to check out and she didnt even look my way or say a word to me and she just waved me out. This is a primary care office. People come to see you when theyre sick. If youre that worried about getting something from them then you need a new job rather than making them feel very uncomfortable and like theyre being kicked out.
