Sadly I have come back a few times and each time left feeling like I wasnt heard and feeling like my provider can never do anything. A lot of responses are well Im just your primary. I have to advocate for my health and feel very dismissed/unheard from provider. Not that age is an issue but in my situation I do not feel my health is not being taken seriously and truly do not feel that my provider cares. I will be cxl my next appointment and switching providers.

Ive never before been told during a physical that I shouldnt bring up any new issues I have concerns /questions. I thought that was part of the purpose of a physical to address any new issues since last visit. Doctor also needs to work on her interpersonal skills. I had concerns/questions about certain things and she wanted focus on other things that were more preventive/non-urgent as compared to what I wanted to discuss. She also does not acknowledge an improvements/ gains Ive made in improving my health only focusing on the negatives. Not a very positive experience.
