The doctor is, in my opinion, the best in the field -- very personable, knowledgeable, efficient and made me feel very comfortable. I had the same procedure done 50 years ago and was in great pain afterward. This time it was like nothing ever happened. I hardly knew it was done. I had been putting it off as I remember how it was years ago. This time it was a piece of cake and I have to go two more times to complete the procedure. Due to how this went the first time here, I have no anxiety about the next two visits.

Dr Strickland listened to me and took the time to provide recommendations I could do on my own to help resolve my issue. If her nurse was to follow up it did not happen. I left without anything g in writing and the prescription she recommended was never called in. My subsequent calls have never been returned.
