I am concerned regarding my previous communication about a specific medication and its side effects. However, I did not receive any guidance on how to address these side effects. I have experienced significant constipation and continue to do so.

I didnt like the fact that my provider doesnt fill out paperwork to help with my with disability case...other than that she get an A plus from me

I initially went in to get meds for my anxiety and depression AND to get my bloods run to get a health checkup. Dr. Immediately pushed prescription of Omeprazole for GERD, then delayed my bloods by 6 weeks. When I returned for my April visit, she thought it was a mental health checkup. I informed I wanted my bloods run and she pushed it out for another 6 weeks. She hasnt listened to what I want, kept me waiting in the appointment room for 40min while I listened to her laughing and joking with staff outside the room and when I walked in to hall after 40min to see what was happening, she gave me attitude because I expressed I had to get back to work due to their scheduling me middle of the work. Dr. Does not listen to patients want or needs and does not prioritize health-related requests or concerns from patient.

First visit with the doctor was very pleasant

My PCP takes her time with me, listens to my concerns. She is very nice and makes me feel heard.
