    Amanda Ward was great. She spent a lot of time with me and was very knowledgeable about the forms I needed to filled out. She spent quite a bit of time with me even though I told her she did not have to. She could have done it later on at her desk but chose to do it with me right in the office. I thought that was great. She also faxed the forms off immediately to my insurance company.
