    I also have a problem with getting my blood pressure taken that she is the only one who believed me. When done with the auto machines it is very high. When done manually it is closer to normal. She tried both ways, many different times within an hour to compare the differences. No one else has believed me and they all kept pushing high blood pressure pills on me. She tested and saw the results.

    She is very personable, easy to talk to, took her time with me and did not rush. I was able to ask questions and she provided great answers to them.

    Overall happy. Actually looked at file and LISTENED. What a difference a competent staff member makes. Will happily return when needed. Seems that overall the office is working VERY well!!
