Dr. Alycia Saini is just an outstanding provider, I have worked in hospitals and medical office for over 35 years , This DR. Is what you want every doctor to be , Caring , professional, a great listener ,listens to your concerns . Does not dismiss you. She remembered why I was there before and that was 3 months ago . She READS her charts . That to me is impressive. She knew my medical history .

Dr Saini seemed very distracted and not paying attention to my records or our conversation. After clarifying I had a hysterectomy, for example, she later asked when I had had my last period. Im in menopause and would have liked had she asked more about that, my symptoms, HRT, etc. She didnt ask a whole lot.

Dr. Saini was very professional and understanding during my visit. Gave my recommendations regarding my health care. She also took the time with patience and concern when answering my questions.

I recently lost my health care provider as she left the practice suddenly. Because I am confident with the care I have received In other areas within the BayCare Medical Group, I sought out a new provider. My doctor was amazing. She listened to me and made me feel very comfortable. I was there for a routine yearly physical.

She spent a bit of time and did not seem rushed to her next appointment. Took time to address my concern about medication dosage seriously and did not just dismiss my concern.

This was a meet and greet appt to establish another new provider. It was supposed to be a post op follow up visit. It was three months overdue. My new assigned physician did her job. I respect her intelligence.

I enjoyed meeting her and will continue to see her.

She was good with telling me about why she recommends certain types of weight loss meds and thats where the good comments end for me. The problem is the doctor communicating with the assistant very negligent information and I called the office about it, spoke with her assistant who said she would relay the message to the doctor. Dr. Didnt even have the courtesy to call and acknowledge her mistake. I had to bring up the fact that the Apple Watch alerted me to the fact that the celecoxib and one of my HBP meds didnt mix well. No review of all meds. She DID NOT MAKE proper notes. How the heck do you send a written message to query presence or absence of menses if Ive had a hysterectomy 2 years ago and it came up in relaying my visit where I said I need help losing the weight as I gained a lot post hysterectomy and its causing problems like PROLAPSES. She didnt ask details about that. Called office about my labs and the notes In portal about RBC In urine. She told her assistant to ask me if Im having my menses. Second follow up call she told assistant to find out if I have any symptoms. So I said symptoms of what Then she leaves message in portal to do another urinalysis in 3 weeks to check for kidney stones or could be vaginal irritant. Yeah I have 2 PROLAPSES

This was my first visit with Dr. Saini and she was great! I had my annual physical and she was prompt while not being rushed, spending time with me going over my medical and family history, giving preventative care tips, listening to my concerns and answering questions, giving helpful and practical advice, ordering labs, and overall was very caring and knowledgeable. I have already recommended her to a friend!
