Right as MD walked through the door, she had already diagnosed me, prior to listening to my heart and lungs. I am a RN and by no means am I smarter than the doctor, but to diagnose before listening to a patient is poor patient care. I have a history of bad ear infections and I was experience ear pain and jaw pain after 12 days of being sick. The MD did not look in my ears at all during the visit. I was 29 weeks pregnant and in so much pain. I went to CVS the day after and properly taken care of which should not have to happen. I NEVER speak poorly of people, but I was very disappointing in my care and the MD did not listen to what I had to say. Unacceptable.

I did not feel the doctor listened or cared about my health concerns. I was sick with a virus, which I understand many people are this time of year. I expressed high concerns of not being able to breath and having chest / lung pain. There was little to no effort made to treat my primary concern. I also expressed concern of sinus congestion that potentially could turn into an infection which I also felt was just passed over. She basically told me she would give me two scripts that would liklely not help.

Very knowledgeable and reviewed my history well. I need a physician to administer prolia. She is looking into that and has ordered my bone density test that will need to be done for BCBS to pay. I have been unable to find a Doctor in Tampa that administers prolia!

My PCP was courteous, listened intently to me and provided the care I needed.
