Dr. Davenport was able to identify and understand my issues (cold / sinus infection) quickly, and prescribe me the medications I needed. But it seemed like they were annoyed to be there. Did not smile once. Demeanor was a little cold.

I was referred to a specialist for my shoulder - they referred me to a doctor who doesnt even specialize in shoulders. I rectified this, let Dr Davenport know and provided her the information and they never sent the referral or my MRI results. Very frustrating!!!

Vey caring and understanding

Once my vitals were taken, I waited over an hour for the doctor to come - no one stopped by to tell me there was a delay or to check in. Granted the apologized once she arrived, but that was over an hour later.

She is great! No notes!

Dr. Davenport is one of the best doctors Ive had in a very long time, she just forgot to go over the results of my echocardiogram w/ me. After she left the exam room I remembered this and so I asked the assistant if she could please get Dr. Davenport back in to see me to go over those results. This was very important to me because I was recently admitted into TGH for heart palpitations and the doctor at the hospital ordered an echo. Dr. Davenport relayed the message to me that she was unable to come back to go over the results w/ me, as she was already seeing her next pt. Her assistant told me that if there was anything concerning, that they would call me. I also asked her if she could make sure that the application from Astra-Zeneca (aka: AZ &ME) for the refill of my 6-month supply of Farxiga med (for diabetes) was filled out & signed off and sent back to them. If is not, I will get my Farxiga in the mail. This has happened numerous times at BayCare, even before I was Dr. Davenports pt. This is why I bring it up. She said if they received it, it will be taken care of, but it never is unless I call numerous times and make sure its done. AZ &ME said that it was not completely filled out and/or they could not read her handwriting & therefore they refused to fill it (I mentioned this her).

Dr. Davenport took plenty of time to talk with me, answer any questions I had, and give advice. She was clear that everything was her medical opinion, but never pushed me in any direction (all decisions were up to me). It is so rare, yet very refreshing, to find a doctor like this who respects patent knowledge about themselves and patient autonomy.

My previous primary care is no longer in practice, so this visit was for an annual and to establish care. I was nervous because I really liked my previous PCP. Dr. Davenport was really great and I trust her and her team! She listened to any concerns and had a thorough plan moving forward. Good communication. Thank you!

Love that Dr. Davenport stays up with her patient portal messages as communicating over the phone system is really cumbersome at Baycare.

This appointment was to set up new PCP due to old PCP leaving the practice . I really liked Dr Davenport. She made me feel comfortable. I was frustrated that I filled out all of the appt check in process and nothing was saved into my chart. That was a lot of information that I had to reiterate to doctor. She was very patient.
