I live in Vero Beach, Florida. Dr Williams was my Endocrinologist several year ago at Cleveland Clinic in Vero Beach and diagnosed my rare condition and treated me. Since he changed practices to Clearwater, I have not been satisfied with my care treatment. I decided to travel across the state to be seen by him and will continue to do that.

Being new to an insulin pump has a learning curve. Dr. Williams is a great educator. Answers all my questions.

He was not happy that my insurance had denied authorization for a test he and another provider recommended and by the end of the day he personally called me stating that he coordinated with the other provider and then contacted the insurance company and got the test authorized. He even gave me the authorization number, so I had it. He is a wonderful caring provider.

Dr. Williams is truly one-in-a-million. He is thoughtful about all treatment options, is willing to discuss medical journal articles and clinical trials. He is super smart and takes time to make sure that everything is understood. I followed him from the east coast to BayCare because no one here was as good as he.
