    This care provider did not ask enough questions.. He did not ask about all my symptoms do you have any x y or z and when you are in pain you concentrate on the main pain and ignore the other slighter pains. Its important to prompt with questions.. I also think he needs to explain more about what the dx is and why he thinks it.. Instead of just jumping to conclusions.
