I felt overwhelmed by the number of preventive medical appointments and screenings I needed to keep up with. However, I understand that they are essential for maintaining my health. I followed my providers advice and scheduled all of my recommended preventive care appointments because she was right-they are a priority.

I liked her

I see the doctor or the PA when I go to the office. Never had a bad experience of any kind.

I would not go back to this physicians assistant. I scheduled a year out but asked the receptionist to set me up with a nurse practitioner. I was looking for a person for my daughter who graduated high school this year, but now I will wait to see how I like the np. The person I saw wasnt rude, but she was totally not helpful. I didnt even understand who I was talking to before. I thought it was just another person gathering info. She sat with a desk between us; I only saw her head. She barely smiled. She got info but it wasnt personal or engaging in conversation. I only realized she was the physicians assistant when she listened to my lungs! She never asked me about peri-menopause issues; she prescribed a medicine without even asking if I had ever taken it - I have and it doesnt work, but I thought, She doesnt even care to know... she was simply set in her ways. The more I have thought about the appt the more frustrated I have been. She did a good job filling scripts I needed filled - a referral to this or that. But she is certainly not someone you feel connected to at all when leaving the office.

Alaina is very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, explains things and easy to talk with.

The care provider was nice and seemed very knowledgeable and concerned about helping me.

I felt very heard and understood by my provider. She did not dismiss my concerns.

Alaina quickly tested me for Covid, which was unfortunately positive. She prescribed the antiviral needed and instructed me on best ways to get over the virus.

She is the best. I trust her with my care.

The only thing that could have been better was the fact that my husband was being seen by a different provider in the same practice and since we were both there for a similar illness, it would have been helpful that I was given the same antibiotic that my husband had been given. My husbands care team knew enough to have the staff alert me to the fact that they wanted me to wear a mask - It would have been super helpful for someone to tell me that my husband was given antibiotics - maybe I would need them too. Alaina nor I was not privy to what was happening with my husband but his care provider knew not to allow me into his appointment and to ask me to wear a mask.

Provider referred my prescription refill to a specialist. My previous provider would refill all my scripts. This would make it easier for me rather than having to call another office.

I Was concerned about two things, she prescribed some pills I didnt want and never even looked at the second area of concern.

My Dr. Alaina Gregory is also the best. My daughter and best friend are now her patients as well. They speak very highly of her as do I, shes very informative and always listens to my concerns. I simply can say enough about how much comfort I have knowing I am with a very knowledgeable doctor.

Prescription was never received by the pharmacy and they had to follow up with the office Not the first time this has happened

Alaina was very thorough, and explained her observations and conclusions In detail. She was also very willing to answer questions, make suggestions and share resources.

Because I got an appointment the same day I called my primary doctor was booked so I saw a nurse practitioner. She claimed I really didnt need a follow up visit from the emergency room visit, they just say that on the report. I was very ill for a week plus I just had surgery 3 weeks earlier and didnt feel satisfied with the brief visit with this nurse practitioner who Ive never seen before.

Ive seen Aliana Gregory several times now. Shes clear in what she says. Confident. Seems extremely careful and knowledgeable.

As with nurse, did not feel any compassion or warmth. Had not seen her before and she did not introduce herself in a way to create a dr/pt relationship. Felt onus was on me to ask questions regarding my condition as she just wanted to move me thru.
