    • Alaina Gregory is a certified physician assistant, specializing in internal medicine. She received an undergraduate degree in health science from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. Alaina then earned her graduate degree in physician assistant studies at South University in Tampa, Florida.

      Alaina serves the Clearwater community as part of BayCare Medical Group, where she sees patients age 18 and older. She is certified in basic life support and is a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants and the Florida Association of Physician Assistants. As a physician assistant she performs a variety of duties including, but not limited to, performing medical histories, conducting physicals, interpreting imaging and lab results and providing chronic care management.
