Great referrals, really happy with getting connected to psychiatry, gynecology, etc!! But did not feel like my actual needs were heard or addressed, so may be looking for a new provider. Im happy to jump through any hoops but I at least want to feel genuinely heard and like were attempting to address my problem

I felt the doctor considered my symptoms on a very surface level. I had to ask for specific blood tests which were relevant since I am in menopause. The doctor never considered this or spoke to me about hormonal changes that could have affected my health. Instead she kept pushing me to get expensive cardiology tests. I felt dismissed and unheard. I was hoping that as an osteopath, she would take a broader approach to my well-being. As a woman, I assumed shed be more compassionate to a womans unique circumstances. I experienced neither of these qualities and felt let down.

I have a great experience with easy communication and she shows me that she cares about my health.

Visit felt a bit rushed but she did seem knowledgeable.

Doctor would not take into consideration previous blood test done by a different provider showing insulin resistance. I have provided the copy of the latest blood test. When asked to include fasting insulin on the blood test order by her she flatly refused.

My opinion was included in the decision to try a new med.

I have many good things to say but Dr.Pournouri as my primary care doctor not my cardiologist. On both my visits her focus was on my cardiovascular disease. I have a cardiologist and have had a cardiologist for over 15 years. I think Dr. Pournouri took liberty addressing with me things that I have not even discussed with my cardiologist. He knows my heath record AND me. Dr. Pournouri only has my health record and does not seem too concerned with getting to know me and my whole medical history. If she has concerns she should direct me to speak to my cardiologist who I have/had appointments with. I felt like I was grilled about my heart health and frankly alarmed at her insistence that I was going to get a coronary angiography, which I knew nothing about and maybe she didnt either. It was not her place to go there. She overstepped.

I feel that the care that I was provided was minimal at best and that the doctor seemed rushed.

Dr. Pournouri was a dream come true in finding a new PCP. Not only did she spend extra time with my family and I going through my medical history and the current situation, she happened to overhear about my problem regarding some DME(walker & wheelchair)and immediately had the team work to get it resolved.

This is the second time I have seen this provider and both times she has not taken my concerns into consideration and has basically put it off as a specialists problem. Honestly the worst PCP I have had experience with, and I have already scheduled a new patient appointment with a different PCP at a different office because I will not waste my time with this provider again.

Negative attitude as my combination of therapies works for me, I teach exercise etc and I am a certified life coach.I will find a different doctor

She followed right along with the nurses assessment and had a nasty attitude. I spoke with her about my concerns with energy levels and possible endocrine issues or systemic inflammation after my 6x caught and my desire for comprehensive blood tests. She refused to order any detailed or useful tests and was more interested in getting my cardiology records to prove me wrong about stating.

Easy to talk to. Not rushed.

Dr Pournouri shows care and tries to coordinate with all my other doctors about my Health problems. She makes sure I am getting good care. She is kind and concerning.

So far the experience was good. This was only the first appointment. We dont know each other yet. No one knows my full health history yet. I have alot of stuff going on with my body and mind that is all new. Im not fully sure what all is happening so I need someone understanding and that can help guide me In an understanding way. I have a very bad memory at this time so were trying to figure that out. Im hoping my new Dr. Listens to me and how im feeling instead of telling me how I feel. We will see if it is a right fit after a few visits. She was good so far unknowing of all that Im experiencing.

First visit to enroll as a new patient, never been here before and met the provider for the first time. Initial impression of the facility and the provider are very positive.
