Very informative
While Dr Shaker was somewhat abrupt in the hospital setting his office visit were entirely different. He thoroughly explained the medication he was placing me on, Eliquis, how to take it and what to expect. At the end of the 90 days and following a ultrasound of both legs he explained why it was safe to discontinue the medication and symptoms to be watchful of as well as the need for me to increase my activity level and never to resume HRT. I felt well informed and ready to discontinue the Eliquis.
