Dr. Samuel is helping me make sense of what is happening with my health and seems to have a much more realistic approach to helping me get better than my endocrinologist who just keeps testing and retesting and has me freaking out. Dr. Samuel put me at ease and explained why we dont need to overreact. She weighs the facts based on results of tests and is great at including me in the treatment plan. She listens!

Ive never had a bad experience at this office.

I felt uneasy about any care plan going forward. I felt like the Dr did not feel I was sick enough for her to continue with me. I realize that a possible Lupus diagnosis and treatment is often difficult to diagnose.

She took the time to address each of my concerns and clarify any uncertainties I may have had in questions she asked me. My physician went through my history, asked my how I felt, and asked if there was anything I needed. She gave me labs to completed before the next visit after she assessed me for my illness and other issues related to that illness. She is always professional.

The Care Provider was so very nice and caring. All went very well in a timely manner.

Dr Samuel seemed unconcerned and seemed to question if I actually had Rhumatoid Arthritis She had my records for 3 weeks but had not reviewed Im 82 years old and was diagnosed at age 25 so pretty sure not all my previous doctors were Wrong!

She spent a great deal of time reviewing my diagnosis, on-going treatment w her, lab results, and more. Very professional but also very friendly developed a good Dr-patient relationship. Dr. Samuel is ALWAYS very thorough, asking me questions about my health since last visit, checking various aspects of my chart, explaining what she plans for future visits/treatment and why, and providing orders for future bloodworkand/or imaging before the next visit, and description of next scheduled visit.

She doesnt listen to what all you have to say like I had a note from other dr about medicine she looked at and we talked then when I went back she didnt have anything loged about what we talked about she told me I need to make sure she writes thing down didnt know that was my job.

Dr. Samuel is an expert in finding answers to rheumatoid arthritis challenges, including physical therapy.

I continue to see Dr. Samuel because I have confidence in her ability to treat me, even though she is the doctor farthest away from my home. I do wish she would address my pain issue more with some viable solutions regarding pain meds. I have every contrivance under the sun to try and alleviate pain, but as my inflammation numbers increase, so does my pain. I have concluded it will not go away on its own and it is depressing have chronic pain all day, every day.

Everyone is very courteous and polite!

I like this provider very much. I am not sure she is aware of my kidney disease because I need to remind her of this during my visits. We have had discussions about putting me on medication which may be harmful to kidneys and also has side effects of causing bone loss in the jaw, for which I already have bone loss. I am fortunate that my Dexa scan has Improved, therefore, there was no further discussion regarding medications. My nephrologist Is not a part of Baycare, so Im not sure what the communication Is between him and some of my other specialty providers. Also, Im not sure my dental provider records are available.

This provider is always very thorough, always has all of my records, plans the next procedures (DEXA scans, x-Rays, etc.) and reviews recommendatios about certain supplements.

She Is not respectful, very quick to judge, constantly asks the same questions, does not believe me. Also, she does not ask for input. Nor care about the effects of her actions.
