    My Doctor is extremely thorough and does not treat me as just a number coming in to be seen. Asks about my family and my job. Takes time to truly care for me as a patient rather than check off items for insurance billing.

    • Dr. Saleem R. Khamisani is board certified in neurology and sleep medicine and serves the St. Petersburg, Florida area as part of BayCare Medical Group, where he sees patients age 18 and older. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Sind Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. Dr. Khamisani then completed internships in general surgery and internal medicine, and an internal medicine residency at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center in Karachi. He then continued his medical education with an internal medicine residency at Nassau County Medical Center in East Meadow, New York and a neurology residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey.
