Michael Rosario-Prieto, MD

Dr. Rosario-Prieto had a great bedside manner to the point that hed be a wonderful childrens doctor as well as adult doctor. He was also extremely knowledgeable and strongly considered my symptoms through the lens of my preexisting medical conditions, both accounting for them and thinking outside of the box on how they may be separate from the symptoms I was seeing him for. Overall, he was very willing to help me work toward getting answers. I wish all doctors would take a page out of his book.

Weird experience because I have never had a provider dictating his office visit notes into a Dictaphone during the initial consult. I mistook him talking to me when he was dictating something. I was mistakenly answering a question when he wasnt talking to me, he was speaking into the Dictaphone. Was confusing to me and Im not sure my history was being accurately taken. Could just be my confusion.

As far as I could tell, the doctors medical knowledge and information provided to me was correct. However, his attitude was arrogant, cold, and dismissive. I have a depressing disease with no cure. I am a human being with feelings. The doctor showed no empathy, no concern, no caring. I will never see this doctor again.

The time spent with provider was rushed. He quickly diagnosed what he thought the problem was even though I didnt have half the symptoms. He pressed a really hard on the back of my head to show me where the pain should be and the only pain was from how hard he pressed to make to make a point. He ordered testing that I requested. Recorded summary of the visit during the visit. Appt was quick, he was efficient, I was expecting a better bedside manner.

Great doctor

I have been dealing with a recently diagnosed chronic illness that a lot of medical professionals are unaware of and have been seeing many doctors. Honestly, the visit with Dr. Rosario Prieto was the one I left feeling most heard, cared for, understood, and educated. He asked me a thorough list of questions, making it clear he really sought to understand what I was going through, when it started, and all of the ways it was impacting me - even beyond the neurological component for which I was seeing him. He helped me understand other specialists I may need to see, what steps we would take first, and asked what questions I had. He even told me to bring additional questions to the tests we were scheduling as a follow-up. I will recommend him to EVERYONE with dysautonomia as hes by far the best doctor weve seen yet. It was a relief and a joy to find him.
