Dr. Bhavik Gedia is board certified in neurology and clinical neurophysiology. He is part of BayCare Medical Group in Tampa, Florida, where he sees patients age 18 and older. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Saba University School of Medicine in Saba, Dutch Caribbean. Dr. Gedia then completed an internal medicine internship and a neurology residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After which, he continued his medical education by completing a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology. Dr. Gedia specializes in the treatment and management of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS – Lou Gehrig Disease), multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s Disease, dementia, Parkinson’s Disease, epilepsy, stroke and transient ischemic attack (TIA).
