Dr. Robin Baker is a board-certified internal medicine physician with BayCare Medical Group, serving the Winter Haven community, where he sees patients age 18 and older. He completed his undergraduate degree from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia and then earned his Doctor of Medicine from Vanderbilt Medical School in Nashville, Tennessee, followed by an internal medicine internship and residency at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.
Dr. Baker provides comprehensive primary care for adults, which includes preventative, as well as, management of chronic and complex medical conditions. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Internal Medicine, the Florida Medical Association and the Polk County Medical Association. He participated in the ABIM MOC (Maintenance of Certificate) program and meets all requirements. Additionally, Dr. Baker has published scientific papers in major peer reviewed journals while in graduate school and during his residency. He is also a fourth generation Winter Havenite.
