Richard K. Lacalamito, DO

Dr. Richard LaCalamito is board certified in family medicine and part of BayCare Medical Group Gessler Clinic in Winter Haven, where he sees patients age 5 and older. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, Long Island, New York. He continued his medical education by completing an internship and family medicine residency at Saint Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, New York. Dr. LaCalamito focuses on your total well-being while helping you to prevent health problems and get support to manage any chronic conditions you may have. He strives to listen to each patient and to answer, to the best of his abilities, any questions they may have. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Practitioners, the American Medical Association, the Florida Medical Association and the Polk County Medical Association.
