    Dr. Keown is an excellent doctor. He always listens to your problems and takes appropriate action to resolve your issues. This may include labs, xrays, cat scans, MRIs and any other test he deems necesary to treat your problem.

    • Dr. Michael Keown is board certified in internal medicine and part of BayCare Medical Group Gessler Clinic in Winter Haven, where he sees patients age 18 and older. He completed a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Keown continued his medical education by completing an internal medicine residency from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin. Dr. Keown recognizes that patients expect to be heard, understood, and respected in their requests. He, therefore, listens actively and attentively to complaints. He is thorough and uses evidence-based science in his methods of examination to produce accurate diagnoses. He is affiliated with Winter Haven Hospital.
